All of the following programmes are offered for FREE and run the same time each week. You are welcome to drop in to any of these sessions, but we invite you to contact us in advance to find out more.

Activities and support around relationships and harm reduction for young women aged 12-25.
Hang out, meet new people, talk about whatever may be worrying you, and have a good time. For young men aged 15-25.
Advice, information, practical support, and social time for young parents.
Tuesday, from 2pm.
Making friends and improving physical ehalth with fun games and exercise, meeting at 4YP and often going outside, such as the park.
Volunteering group to help develop practical and transferable work skills and make a difference to your wellbeing and local community.
