All of the following programmes are offered for FREE and run the same time each week. You are welcome to drop in to any of these sessions, but we invite you to contact us in advance to find out more.

Activities and support around relationships and harm reduction for young women aged 12-25.
Hang out, meet new people, talk about whatever may be worrying you, and have a good time. For young men aged 15-25.
Advice, information, practical support, and social time for young parents.
Tuesday, from 2pm.
Making friends and improving physical health with fun games and exercise, meeting at 4YP and often going outside, such as the park.
Fantastic group for young people who want to get involved in running volunteering projects and make a difference for young people, the community and 4YP.
Our friends from Home Start will be joining us to offer additional support for 10-13 year olds at 4YP.
One Saturday a month, 10am-12:30pm.
Our friends from St Elizabeth Hospice will be running a welcoming and understanding group for young people aged 14-18 who have experienced serious illness, bereavement or loss.
One Tuesday a month, 4-5pm.
